Reid: We'll Do Health Care After Our Break

No health care vote until after Congressional recess in August:

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said Thursday a Senate vote on a health care reform bill would not come before the chamber's August recess, ensuring the president's original deadline for the legislation will not be met.

"It's better to get a product that's based on quality and thoughtfulness than on trying to just get something through," Reid said.
