I discovered some strange mathematics this morning:Ex=Ex+En=Exn ∞
Where En is energy, Ex is exercise and Exn is more energy.
I woke up this morning and felt pretty good (which is a rarity these days). Dropped the Boy off at school and hit the gym again. I picked up the latest issue of Entertainment Weekly from the stand (the one with the somewhat controversial cover) and took it to an elliptical to read while I... elipticized (?).
I'm reading the extremely interesting interview with Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert, and as I finished that article, I decided to look at the machine to see just how long I had been elipticizing (I figured that I had been going for five to seven minutes or so). You can imagine my shock when I see that I've been going for 20 minutes. In addition, I felt very little fatigue.
Hence my math. The more you exercise, the more energy you have. in turn, you can exercise more -- which also gives you more energy.
Tomorrow there will be a quiz...
